This policy describes how STUDIO X FURNITURE LIMITED (“we”) handles information on this website and in the Android application Template Collage (package name com.template.collage, version 1.0.0).

We handle personal information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The governing law is England and Wales, United Kingdom.

2. Surfaces this policy covers

This notice covers the company website at https://gardeningfun.online and Template Collage on Android. It does not invent a public store listing URL. When a store page exists, this policy still applies to the named package.

3. Information handled on this website

If you use the Post form or later send email, we receive the name, reply address, and message you type. The Post form opens a mail draft; it does not post that text to a form server on this site.

Hosting providers may record technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time, to keep the site running and to resist abuse.

These pages load Instrument Serif and Figtree from Google Fonts. Your browser may send technical data to Google to fetch those files. We do not operate unused advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics on this site, and this policy does not claim that we do.

4. Information Template Collage keeps on the device

Template Collage version 1.0.0 is a local-first collage studio. Core work runs on the phone. No account or sign-in is required, and we do not run a cloud sync of your collages.

  • Project names, chosen template, slot crops, gap, margin, and corner radius
  • Caption title and subtitle, and the alignment you set
  • Favorite templates, workbench theme, and export-size presets
  • Photos you pick for a slot, held in local app storage under the system picker grant

5. Information the app does not take

Version 1.0.0 does not ask for an account, and it does not send collage files to our office.

  • No login, password, or profile identity through the collage screens
  • No cloud copy of your photos or projects on company servers
  • No advertising SDK, tracking SDK, or third-party analytics SDK in the app
  • No in-app purchases and no payment card fields in version 1.0.0
  • No sale of personal information for advertising
  • No location, contacts, or broad read of the whole photo library

6. Device permissions the app uses

The app uses ordinary system sheets. It does not ask for a whole-library photo permission.

  • System Photo Picker: when you add a photo to a slot, only the image you pick is granted
  • Storage Access Framework: when you export collage PNG files or a JSON parameter backup, files are written only to the folder you choose
  • JSON backup holds template id, gap, radius, captions, and crop offsets. It is not a dump of the photo album

7. Why we use website information

We use contact details you send so we can reply, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties. Legitimate interests and legal obligation are the usual bases for website correspondence. App collage files stay on your device for the function you asked the app to perform. We do not sell personal information for advertising.

8. Retention and deletion

Enquiry records on the website side are usually kept for no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

Collage projects stay on the phone until you clear a slot, delete a project, use Clear collage data, or uninstall the app. Because those files are not stored on our servers, we cannot erase them from the Bury St Edmunds office.

9. Sharing

We do not sell personal information to advertising networks. Hosting and mail carriers may see technical or correspondence data needed to deliver the site or a reply. We disclose information where a competent authority in England and Wales lawfully requires it.

10. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we hold from website correspondence, subject to the law. Write to thomas@gardeningfun.online, ring +1 681 385 3115, or use the Post page.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

11. Children

This site and Template Collage are for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when the site or Template Collage changes. The effective date at the top of this page will move when the text changes.
